Most businesses that trade in the European Union must comply with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), with the first deadline June 28, 2025. If you provide digital services or products, including self-service kiosks, in the European Union, your time is running out to ensure inclusive experiences.

Self-service kiosks are widely used, whether to order and pay at a restaurant, check into a doctor’s appointment, buy tickets for public transport, or manage your finances at a bank. That’s why it’s crucial to embrace accessibility, provide equal opportunity for disabled people, and meet EAA requirements, before it’s too late.
